Due to the nature of our products, StayLocked grip socks are classified as footwear and intimate apparel. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been delivered.

All sales are final.

We carefully inspect every order before it is shipped to ensure the highest quality. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at staylocked.apparel@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement.

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons: change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or any other reason not related to a manufacturing defect.
