Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations StayLocked ships worldwide. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain destinations at our discretion.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs vary depending on your location and order details. The applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs and Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. StayLocked has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or Delayed Packages Once an order has been dispatched, StayLocked is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier or any circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us at staylocked.apparel@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Incorrect Address StayLocked is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
