This Shipping Policy explains how StayLocked® orders are processed and delivered. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched from Cyprus within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping destinations
StayLocked® ships worldwide. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain destinations at our discretion.
3. Shipping costs
- 4-pair bundle: free worldwide shipping.
- Single pairs: a flat rate of €3.99.
The applicable shipping cost is confirmed at checkout before payment.
4. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times vary by location and are provided as a guide only. We do not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including international customs and import regulations, local postal and courier delays, public holidays and peak periods, and other force majeure events.
5. Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. StayLocked® has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
6. Lost or delayed packages
Once an order has been dispatched, StayLocked® is not responsible for delays, losses or damage caused by the shipping carrier or by circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact us and we will help you trace it with the carrier.
