These Terms & Conditions govern your use of staylockedapparel.com and any purchase you make from ORANGE LEOPOLD LTD ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

2. Products

StayLocked® performance grip socks are supplied in sealed hygiene packaging, EU size 39–45 (one-size). We take care to describe and picture products accurately; minor variations in colour and appearance may occur due to screens and manufacturing.

3. Orders & contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order (with full refund) in cases such as pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Promotional bundles (e.g. 4 pairs for €49.99) apply only while shown and cannot be combined unless stated. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider.

5. Delivery

We ship from Cyprus. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Free shipping applies only to qualifying offers as displayed.

6. Returns, refunds & right of withdrawal

Because the product is a hygiene-sealed garment worn on the skin, strict conditions apply to returns and the statutory right of withdrawal is limited by the hygiene exemption. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Faulty goods & legal guarantee

You retain your mandatory rights under EU consumer law. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. These rights cannot be excluded.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content, trademarks (including "StayLocked®") and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts. As a consumer you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country in which you reside.

11. Dispute resolution (EU ODR)

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers in the European Union may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes arising from online purchases, at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We ask that you contact us first at staylocked.apparel@gmail.com so we can try to resolve your issue within 5 business days.
